Simple tool to locate the lowrider braze on 165mm c-t-c from the upper eyelet on the drop out. I made one of these years ago, but lost it in the sea of other metal colored objects in the shop. So V2 is HiViz and has improved hardware as well. The eyelet end has a reduced diameter to locate itself in the eyelet. the boss end has a point to make a nice mark on the blade (sharp, but not too sharp).

This falls squarely into the category of tools that are super easy to make, but It took only fractionally longer to make a couple so here are some for sale.
